Valenzuela City has passed an ordinance imposing guidelines for residents and the public using e-scooters in the city. Under Ordinance No. 811 (The 2020 E-Scooter Ordinance), helmets are necessary for e-scooter riders. The use of knee pads, wrist pads and elbow pads is also encouraged.
